To take part in Nissan’s incentive program, customers should visit aps.com/leaf to download and print an offer flyer, then bring it along with a copy of their APS utility bill to a participating Arizona Nissan dealer. This incentive program is only available until June 30, while supplies last, and may be subject to additional limitations and eligibility requirements. Nissan is responsible for applying the rebate incentives.
Electric vehicles coupled with new APS rates allow residential customers to charge their electric vehicles for a cost equivalent of gasoline ranging from 30 cents to 90 cents per gallon using the newly approved Super Off-Peak and Off-Peak Time-of-Use Periods.

APS customers eligible for $3000 incentive on all-electric 2018 Nissan Leaf
Offer available through June 30, 2018
PHOENIX – For a limited time, Nissan North America is offering a $3,000 instant rebate to APS customers and employees purchasing a 100 percent all-electric 2018 Nissan LEAF. This offer is available through June 30, 2018, and customers can potentially combine it with the federal tax incentive of up to $7,500, for a total potential effective savings of $10,500. Starting at $29,990 MSRP, the all-new 2018 Nissan LEAF offers a range of about 150 miles.
