Apply for Landlord Services

With an active landlord agreement, you can easily monitor who is currently responsible for electric usage, check pending connect dates and verify if power is in the tenant’s name.


ESTABLISH YOUR LANDLORD AGREEMENT

  1. Make sure you meet these requirements:
    • Active APS customer with consecutive service over the last 12 months (24 months for business customers)
    • No more than two late payments within the last 12 months
    • No disconnections due to non-payment in the last 12 months
    • No bankruptcies in the last 12 months
    • Premise cannot be the customer’s primary residence
  2. Download and complete the form (One landlord agreement for each property)
  3. Print it for your records - Print out and retain a copy for your records.
  4. Send your form via email - Email the form(s) to businesscare@aps.com or mail to:

Upon receipt, your document will be processed within 72 hours.
