PHOENIX – Arizona Public Service Co. (APS) has issued a “Peaking Capacity” Request for Proposals (RFP).

APS is seeking competitive proposals for approximately 400-800 megawatts of capacity to meet peak demand beginning in 2021, specifically during the months of June through September.
