A few things to remember:
Getting started
- Account holder or authorized agent - Only the name of the person(s) on the account, company officers or someone who has been appointed to act on behalf of the business may make changes to your service.
- Three business days – Please schedule service to stop three business days in advance.
Things to note
- No fees – There is no fee for stopping service.
