Choosing when your bill is due can help with cash flow. It can be difficult for any business to have all your bills due at the same time. Fortunately you can be in control when it comes to your electric bill and request a different due date, which can really help out when it comes to balancing your outgoing bills.
Things to remember when you enroll
Pick the date that works best for you
• Select a preferred due date between the 1st and 28th of the month.
• If the date you selected falls on a weekend or holiday during a particular month, your payment will be due on the next business day.
• You can only change your preferred due date once in a 12-month period.
• The date you select will apply to future bills only and will not change the due date of any current balance.
• If your business is currently enrolled in Summary Billing, Preferred Due Date is not available.
